Here on the ranch, we take pride in our stewardship of the land and the livestock. We don’t make the claim to be purely grass fed, organic or any other labels, but our cattle and their health and well-being are our main concern. They graze on pasture year round, without hormones and any livestock that we harvest have not received antibiotics. As our cattle get closer to harvest they receive a feed mixture and drink from the nearby clean water source.

BCB offers a membership at no cost to those who are wanting a better experience.
Members will have priority selection of the whole, half selections of beef in advance. Our livestock that we choose have not received any hormones or antibiotics. We will notify members of the processing dates and approximate weights that they will receive.
On special occasions, we will share a few of our not-so-secret recipes and update you on any local events we will be attending.
Members will also be notified of any specials of discounted prices or retail cuts available for purchase.
